I have used you a handful of times now and was panic-stricken for a time when I couldn't remember the name of your shop! All is well once again and I couldn't be happier with my two recent experiences with you, one via telephone with Deirdre and then this sympathy basket the following day ordered online. My cousins live on Copper Hill, which sounds remote to me; I REALLY appreciate your delivering there and I can't apologize enought for dragging you out there two days in a row earlier this month. I found your store online in a search for blooming plants for a dear friends Mothers funeral. I wanted a blooming plant in Winter in Virginia but they were able to exceed my expectations with a beautiful Hydrangea! It was a very large one with big blooms and they even added my requested white bow instead of the pink as shown on the website. It was delivered promptly and was so pretty my friend took it home and planted it in her yard to remember this life-event!
I will gladly use them again with confidence and I happily recommend them!

I ordered online from Oklahoma on a Sunday. The arrangement was delivered as requested the next day. There was no balloon included as I had ordered and paid for. I called and they took two balloons and a teddy bear AND an apology AND the recipient reported having the best birthday ever. We received an awesome arrangement of candy bars for my daughter at the hospital. The delivery person came to our house and realized we weren't home yet, so she called and asked if it would be ok to deliver it to the hospital. That made us very happy that she thought of that on her own and did us the favor.
